  1. General Festival Rules
  1. Compliance with all local laws and instructions by Festival Management and Jdeideh Municipality is mandatory.
  2. Professional Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected; abusive or aggressive actions result in immediate expulsion without refund.
  3. Setup & Teardown:
    • Specific Times: Participants must follow designated setup/teardown times (provided upon reservation confirmation).
    • Space Allocation: Stay within the assigned 3x2m tent space; no aisle or neighbor encroachment.
    • Cleanliness: Participants must clean their area daily and after final teardown. Do not use public bins for tent waste.
  1. Festival Hours: Tents must remain open and staffed for the full festival, November 5–9, during daily hours (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM). Early packing or leaving before the festival ends is not allowed.
  1. Safety & Security:
    • Fire Safety: All participants must comply with fire safety regulations. No open flames, flammable or hazardous materials unless pre-approved with permits.
    • Electrical Safety: Electrical gear must be safe and grounded; no overloading or tripping hazards.
    • Tents: Do not tie tents to infrastructure or landscaping.
    • Personal Property: Security is provided, but participants are responsible for their own goods and cash.
  2. No Subletting: Booths cannot be transferred or shared.
  3. Photography & Promotion: By participating, you agree to allow ARTMARKS and the Festival Organizers to take photos of your tent and products for marketing and promotional purposes.
  4. Pets: Not permitted on festival grounds for safety and comfort..

 

  1. Payments & Refunds
  1. Payment Deadline: Full payment is due by October 24, 2025 to confirm booking.
  2. Limited Spaces: Spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment.
  3. No Refunds:  If the participant cancels participation for any reason, the full amount remains payable.
  4. Cancellation in case of force majeure or security reasons: In the event of force majeure or security concerns arising before the start of the Festival, the Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the Festival and reschedule it to a later date. Any amounts paid by the Participant will not be refunded and will be considered as a down payment toward participation in the rescheduled Festival, which will take place on a new date to be determined within the following year
